i believe the answer is not really yes because the person as said is an odd job worker. He is using a 30 year loan for a 2 room flat and he is already 33 years old. It means that he has to work till 63 years old before he can retire which many would say quite reasonable. But has anyone considered that he may actually lose his job. 30 year is quite a long time and no one can read the future. I don't think that this shows that sgporean can afford HBD flats as all their statistics shows only when the person takes 30 year loan. Please comment to maybe tell me more about it as i'm still learning :) thanks
